The “Refined Way” was developed by our team of expert behaviorists, and designed around relationship and engagement building with your dog. We base our approach on scientifically proven methods utilizing all four quadrants of operant conditioning.

Using this method, we work one on one with the majority of our clients. We start with an in-home full evaluation of the issues you are having with your dog. This initial session is designed to gather information, observe unwanted behaviors, and provide you with tools you will need moving forward. After a full behavioral analysis, we discuss your overall goals and immediate needs. Depending on the dog this is often the time where we get to work with your dog and get to know them better as well.

We want you to feel that you picked the right trainer for you and your dog. Your only obligation with us is your initial session. Booking the training package that is right for your dog is only done once we can provide you our recommendation moving forward. This is based on your goals as well as your trainers recommendation after your evaluation. You only book the training package you are comfortable with once you are ready. There are no cookie cutter training programs here. It's all about you, and providing you with the tools to be successful.
